Chad Mitchell is a Data Scientist at Polinode, a leading provider of organizational network analysis software and solutions for enterprises. Chad joined Polinode in 2021 to help customers get the most out of their data. Polinode is used by large enterprises and consulting partners around the world for a variety of applications including: identifying emerging and/or hidden talent; improving collaboration; finding influencers; succession planning; organizational design; and diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Polinode, Chad worked at CiviMind where he designed and implemented data-driven solutions to help improve nonprofits and small businesses. He is passionate about organizational network analysis and its application in enhancing collaboration and work, a passion that began while researching scientific collaboration networks in graduate school. Chad is excited to be at Polinode, where he can use his experience in data analysis, machine learning, and software development to help others better understand and improve their organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he earned a B.A. in Experimental Psychology and a M.S. in Information Science.
